WHOLESALER & CORPORATE
• Assist to establish room rates / special offer/ packages for every channel of sales. (TOs, TAs, Online, FIT, Corporate, Group & Series)
• Assist in the management of rate structure to ensure accuracy in resort systems and target achievement.
• Establish a filing system to keep all current information (database, promotion, special offer, incentive, allotment, barter…) and up to date to all related departments.
• Consult & Control the rate structure to Corporate Group & Mice Account.
• Assisting DOSM in Yearly Business plan for Sales & Marketing
• Assist in the management of rate structure to ensure accuracy in resort systems and target achievement.
• Work closely with GM and all HODs to determine the effective sales strategies for all markets segments towards maximizing the Resort revenue in rooms, food & beverage, banquet, meeting…
• To be responsible for key accounts, group booking, wedding event, Mice
• Focus on high-end clients for Mice, Event, and Wedding on corporate segment.
• Ongoing maintenance/development of all leisure/wholesale account.
• Prospect meetings with potential clients/Partners for sales pitch to convince them that the resort is the most suitable one to meet their needs. Negotiation on room rates might be required to give the best deal for the client.
• Researching & identifying new accounts.
• Maintaining and updating all leisure/ wholesale contact lists and databases.
• Maintain frequent contact with established and prospective clients.
• Sales /Phone calls to develop & maintain current accounts through client relationships.
• Rate negotiations; establish files, issue contracts, process bookings and appropriate follow up correspondence with clients.
• Proposal & Implement programs (promotion/special offer, rate,) to improve room sales and to target low/high season for all segments.
• Maintain / Follow up & corporate with Wholesale, Ad hoc, online and international tours and travel accounts in accordance with joint marketing activities and brochure contribution.
• Issue and manage voucher accommodation for leisure account
• Be responsible for preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining well-organized documentation and reports.
• Attending and participating in various sales and resort meetings, and coordinating customer-service requests as needed.
• Travel domestically (Hanoi – Quarterly /HCMC - Daily) and represent resorts at leisure/wholesale related events. Participate regularly in trade shows or other promotional events, sales call, client’s dinner, luncheon to solicit new business. To do weekly minutes for sales call.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Director of Sales
• As a management position, a large part of the sales manager duties are creating, training and managing a staff of sales professionals.
• Daily phone calls to local agents in Hanoi / HCMC.
FAM TRIP
• Take full responsibility to organize the FAM trip from respective partners.
• Invite & Host prospective clients/partners on the property and while entertaining keep professionalism at the forefront.
PR MARKETING:
• Establishing relations with domestic Press & Media organizations/KOL.
• Joining Press & Media events if any to foster relationships.
• Working out to issue contracts, barter agreements and advertising in cash for media and owners.
• Develop work break-down structures, agreement for photo shooting, filming
• Coordinate with resort team to reserve activities for KOL/Press visits
• Provide images, resort information, artwork to Press inquiries, magazines, newspapers
• Work with Marketing and Communications Manager to prepare and translate the write-ups/news and offers
• Support PR Manager to Prepare and launch PR and Marketing campaigns including TV, print and e-media (including write-ups news, events, editorials and advertorials’ lay-outs to be featured in magazines, newspapers, etc.).
ASSIST TO DIRECTOR OF SALES
• Assisting DOSM in Yearly Business plan for Sales & Marketing
• Main coordinate and organize for Sale events
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Director of Sales.

Qualifications:
• Relevant background, knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing for a hotel industry is necessary
• Bachelor degree in hospitality industry is preferred.
Work Experience:
• At least three to five years of experience in a similar role for hospitality industry.
Knowledge:
• Familiar with various hotel/resort services and facilities.
• Have thorough knowledge of internal policies and procedures at sales department.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong negotiation skills.
• Tactful in dealing with local / overseas travel agents.
• Continually reach out to find new business in order to sell the properties.
• Leadership and Management Skill.
• Excellent in analytical skills and number crunching to achieve the target.
Attitude:
• Requires a friendly, personal touch in order to make potential clients feel relaxed and comfortable at the resort.
• Able to work under pressure and to work overtime when required.
